Refund policy

Refunds that are clear, fair, and predictable.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Effective March 2, 2026.

Eligibility

Items must be in like‑new condition with original packaging and accessories.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom orders and final‑sale items are non‑returnable.
  • Mattresses and textiles must be unopened.

Start a return

Reach out with your order number and reason for return.

  • Use the Contact page or email support@corriesells.com.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
  • Return instructions are sent after approval.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • Store credit is issued immediately after approval.

Return shipping

Large items are scheduled for pickup; smaller items ship via prepaid label.

  • Pickup fees may apply for oversized items.
  • Damage or defect claims are free to return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they leave our warehouse.

  • Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
  • Once shipped, the order follows the standard return process.
